Our labour hire licence allows us to offer clients full package solutions – wet or dry fleet and equipment, supervisory, labour or trade resources, and end to end project management. Our people are site-inducted, experienced and expert at their jobs.

Our Story
With more than 20 years of experience in civil construction, delivering high-quality, durable projects in varied locations, HSM Contracting is just getting started.
Owners Adam and Donna Griffin began by diversifying from running cattle in the Clermont /Moranbah districts, offering project management services and deploying their spare heavy equipment.
Business operations and contracts expanded quickly, and before long they fully dedicated themselves to building a strong civil construction services company delivering quality, responsive work to a wide range of clients.
With several long-running major contracts and deep relationships with valued clients, they’ve steadily grown their services, the team and their reach into mining, local government, and agricultural industries.
